How to Cancel My Subscription

Please note: You must cancel your membership before it renews or your trials end date in order to avoid billing of the Fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.

To cancel your subscription follow this steps.

Step 1: Click "Account Settings"

Step 2: Click "Subscriptions"

Step 3: Click "Manage Subscriptions"

Step 4: Click on your current subscription

Step 5: Click "Cancel Subscription"

Step 6: Select the reason for leaving

Step 7: Choose any features that were missing based on your experience

Step 8: Answer: On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to return?

Step 9: Answer: Anything else you would like to share about your experience?

Step 10: Tick the box to accept the terms displayed

Final Step: Click "Cancel my account"
