How do I connect a trading account?

Go to Live, then Trading Accounts, choose your broker or platform, and follow the secure sign-in flow.

How long until trades appear after connecting?

The first sync can take a few minutes. New trades appear shortly after your provider makes them available.

Why is an account missing or out of sync?

Re-authenticate the connection, check provider status, select Sync, then refresh.

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes. You can link multiple brokers and filter by account in Live Trades and Analytics.

Does disconnecting remove my trades?

No. Existing entries remain in your Journal. You will simply stop receiving new data from that account.
