Why isn't my trade being placed?
This could be due to using the correct trade placement tool or Trade Method.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:
Step by Step fix:
1. Go to the left toolbar on the FX Replay
screen.
2. Look for the "Trade Tools" section — this
includes:
◦ Market Order Tool (lightning bolt icon or
labeled)
◦ Limit Order Tool
3. Click to select one:
◦ Use Market Order if you want to enter immediately
at market price.
◦ Use Limit Order to place an order at a specific
price level.
4. Click on the chart where appropriate:
◦ Market Order: click near current price (the
trade will fill instantly).
◦ Limit Order: click above/below price to
place the pending order.
