Can't Log In? How to Fix Sign-In Problems
Can't log in to FX Replay? Fix password resets, Google sign-in, 'URL too large' errors, CAPTCHA loops and more.
Having trouble logging in to FX Replay? Most sign-in problems are quick to fix. Start with the checks below, then find your specific problem further down.
Start here
- Check how you signed up. If you created your account with Google, always log in with the Sign in with Google button. There's no separate password for Google accounts.
- Check your email address. Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with.
- Go directly to app.fxreplay.com instead of clicking an old link or bookmark.
- Try an Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows, Cmd + Shift + N on Mac). If you can log in there, an extension or old cached data is causing the problem.
- Clear FX Replay's cache and cookies. This won't delete any of your account data:
- Open
chrome://settings/content/allin Chrome. - Search for fxreplay.
- Find app.fxreplay.com.
- Click the trash icon, or select Delete data.
- Fully close Chrome, then open it again.
- Log back in to FX Replay.
- Open
- Turn off browser extensions, especially ad blockers, privacy tools and password managers.
- Try another browser. FX Replay works in up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

I signed up with Google, but I'm asked for a password
Accounts created with Google don't have a separate password. Go back to the login page and click Sign in with Google. If Google sign-in doesn't work, clear FX Replay's cache and cookies (see above) or try another browser.
I see a "URL too large" error
This happens when the sign-in link becomes too long, usually because of extra tracking information in the link. To fix it:
- Clear FX Replay's cache and cookies (see above).
- Type app.fxreplay.com directly into your browser, instead of clicking a link.
- Log in again. An Incognito window also avoids this problem.
I keep getting CAPTCHA challenges
- Clear FX Replay's cache and cookies, or try an Incognito window.
- Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions.
- Turn off your VPN or proxy, as these can trigger extra CAPTCHAs.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
