Unable to access my account

If you are having trouble accessing the platform and logging into your account, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear cache and cookies: Cached data can sometimes cause issues, so clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Try incognito mode: Open FX Replay in incognito mode to see if extensions are interfering.
    Chrome, Edge, and Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
    Firefox: Press Command + Shift + P
  3. Disable extensions: Temporarily disable any browser extensions that might be blocking access.
  4. Try a different browser: We suggest Google Chrome.
