I am unable to play out my session
This is most likely due to reaching the end date of your session. To troubleshoot the issue use the following information to diagnose:
- Are you able to create other sessions without any issues? If so, use the following steps below to resolve the issue: If so, proceed to step 2.
- Make sure you are matching the the end date of your session with the date that you are currently on.
If this does not resolve your issue and you are still unable to play out your session, please open a ticket with our Support Team.
